14 Day Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day withdrawal period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If it’s been more than 15 days since we approved your return, please contact us at support@marcheelite.com .

Defective and Non-Defective Products

We accept returns of products, whether defective or not, within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We also offer the possibility to exchange a product. This must be in the following conditions:

  • Product Status : Only new products, without signs of use, are accepted.
  • Return/Exchange Deadline : Up to 14 days after receipt.

How to Return

The process is done by mail. To start a return or exchange, follow the steps below:

  1. Return Label : Download and print the return label provided by us, free of charge.
  2. Sending : Use the label to return the product.

Fees and Processing

  • Restocking Fees : No fees are applied for returns.
  • Refund Processing Time : After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 15 days.
