At Marché Elite , we act as sales intermediaries for our customers. The products we offer on our site are imported from various countries, including the United States, China, Spain, Thailand and Italy. We do not stock the products advertised, each order is processed and shipped directly by our international suppliers.
Order processing time :
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 48 hours. After processing, you will receive a tracking code that will allow you to follow the status of your order throughout the delivery process.

Delivery time :
After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days . Generally, we do our best to deliver orders within this time frame, but this time frame may vary depending on the destination and possible logistical issues.
Delivery delays :
Although we do our best to meet the announced delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, etc.)
- Institutional strikes
- Logistical problems of local carriers.

Non-delivery and refund :
If your order is not delivered within a maximum of 40 days or if it is lost by the carrier, we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid. This refund will be made within 5 working days after confirmation of the loss or impossibility of delivery by the carrier.
